Access call recordings 15.5

    With the new uCSTA ability to initiate call recordings, how does the user retrieve these recordings? I could not find any settings or methods by which the end user can retrieve these. Even using the option allow the user access to manage their extension via the web console and then download recordings did not work.

    Hello @PhatPanda

    1. When you give access to the user to their own extension and see/allow download of call recording
      or
    2. Generate call reports and the user to the able to download call recording
      or
    3. Otherwise the user must have access to the PBX as a General system administrator.
