    Many of my customers have operate call centres and the cal centre manager needs access to the call recordings search facility to assist in their quality control and training of staff members.
    It would be most useful is access to this feature is added to
    Extensions->Options->Access->Allow Recordings management access
    so that non 3CX admins can carry out their duties.

    Not sure as to why this feature has been removed in version 14 :S , but most users find it essential to have access to the call recordings for a team supervisor. These Team supervisors do not need access to all the other features such as inbound calls, ring groups etc. As an administrator do not want to give them access to all parts of the system.

    Needs to be added to the call reporting section with the ability for the Supervisor to just search and download the call recordings that they require. A tick box under the Other or options section in each extension for users to be able to download recordings would be good. :D

    Apologies if there is a way to do this or another thread that has already been raised regarding this.

    Hi There

    The other option that you could try would be to give them access to the management console to run reports. Under extension settings > 'Options' tab 'Access' section and choose Manage own extension from the 'Configure permissions' tab (this will only allow them to make changes to their own extension similar to what they have access to do with a 3CXPhone anyway), then tick the allow report feature and download all recordings.

    They can now log on to the management generate and email call log reports, for the extensions that they want to listen to the recorded calls for, then from the report they can download and listen to recordings.
