ACK is not received from SIP

Since this evening, whenever an outbound incoming call is received, after about 30 seconds, the call is disconnected. If the call is from another extension, no disconnection will happen.

Start firewall checker and post the results here, NAT/firewall problem probably..
 
Maybe if you post the server log or a packet capture that would shine some light on why this is happening, is this a remote extension are they all onsite, is this issues happeneing on both incoming and outoging callsk... There isnt a lot of information to go on here maybe if you were to provide more detail that would be helpful in getting this figured out.
 
Thanks for reply. I did "Run Firewall Checker" from Settings - Firewall Checker", and it showed everything was successful. Now system is running well. No more disconnections happen.

When I posted this topic, the disconnection only happened to the incoming calls. The outgoing calls were working well. Now, both incoming and outgoing are working.
 
Do you use a load balancing router? If you use this, make sure to bind port 3478 to the same supply as you use for VoIP.
