Ack not received call terminated 3CX8/9/SP1/SP2

    Hi,

    On one of my VoIP providers, all inbound calls are terminated by 3CX after 30 seconds. This never happens when using a Lynksys box direct with the provider, it only occurs on 3CX.

    The 3CX log shows:

    Ack not received
    Call terminated.

    Wireshark is showing that 3CX is initiating the termination - all BYE requests come only from 3CX.

    This is only happening on 1 of 3 inbound lines, and occurs regardless of the extension which answers. Outbound calls are fine.

    It happened to me with 3CX version 8 (intermittantly), v9, SP1 and SP2. I am currently running 3CX Phone System v9.0.13545.594 SP.2 and it is faulting every time I test.

    I've searched the forums and the net, it seems it is or was a known bug that may have a patch. Can anyone help me?

    Hi, I have the same problem, version 9.12967. If I connect to sip provider without 3CX everything is right.
