Hi there,
Just got an issue here:
3CX license expired yesterday, its on old version 16.0.2.910.
New license purchased but unable to activate, error:
3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activation.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activation.3cx.com
nslookup to activation.3cx.com is ok and connection is ok there.
It looks like new license only works with new version. but I am just unable to upgrade to new version, as the Maintenance license expired. its really a loop.
Just wondering if any way I can download a updater etc to manually upgrade first? Or any other solutions rather than install new version and restore from backup?
