Activating Mailbox and Dial Rules

    Hi,

    is it possible to activate/deactivate the Mailbox and the different dial rules using a certain telephone code, e.g. if I dial 5001 on the phone, my answering machine is turned on, with 5002 its turned of. The same regarding the dial rules... Or is it possible to do this with the mail key from e.g. a Grandstream GXP 2000 phone?

    This is not possible to achieve.

    However please do forward this as a feature requests on the feature request forums.

    But how do you activate/ deactivate the mailbox then? Only using the webinterface?

    Do you mean activate/deactivate as an administrator or a user?

    As administrator it is under Extensions/Manage/Ext no/Voice Mail Configuration.

    As a user: http://<phone-system>:5481/myphone/
    Specify your extension number and PIN and click ‘Login’

    However the user portal option is only available on commercial editions.
