I'm on linux, Pro-License.

The tutorial:
https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/import-active-directory/

seems to be obsolete, as my management console looks quite different, and there is no Extensions/"Download Active User" . So my question is: how do I get all the AD-users as extensions in 3CX. Do I need some additional software for that?

Thanx

Hello @Mara Am,

Could you please inform on your PBX version?

Hi @Mara Am,

Yes, thank you for your reply.
You can import extensions from AD in the Extensions Tab > Import > Import AD

Hi @Mara Am,

Yes, thank you for your reply.
You can import extensions from AD in the Extensions Tab > Import > Import AD

I'm afraid the only option I have is "Import CSV". I guess only Windows-Versions have AD integration, right?

@Mara Am,

Yes that is correct.
Apologies for the confusion.
