Active Promptset

    Hello,

    I'm having a little trouble with setting the active promptset.

    I have downloaded the UK promptset from the updates sections, navigated to the System Prompts section, changed the active promptset under the 'Manage Promptset' button and chosen the one labelled UK.

    I have previewed the promptset via both the web browser and by file playback through my extension and it is the UK promptset.

    When I dial in as an external call I still here the US english promptset.

    I have then tried creating a custom promptset from the UK one, but I experience the same symptons, a correct preview, but when dailing in the US promptset.

    I've also tried restarting the services and also teh server itself btu to no success.

    Has anyone experienced this before? My next option in my mind is overwriting the US promptset with UK files?
