Currently, you have two options for callbacks in a queue. 1. Triggered on user request (Press 2) 2. Offered to caller after timeout in seconds With the first one, the only place I can find to put a message that you should press 2 for a call back is in the intro message to the queue and it only plays once. If you don't have an intro you never know it's available. You could make custom on hold music but that can be a pain. With the second the caller is told that they requested a callback and provided the options while the hold music is playing. Once. Customers will forget which number to push or just plain forget that it is an option with the first one. If the caller wants to wait longer they have the same problem. How about adding a repeating message? One you could combine with the position-in-queue message or stand alone if you don't use the position option.
