    I am getting user complaints that when answering via the 3CX mobile app the quality isn't great and sometimes the caller isn't there. It would be great to turn off VoIP calls so the 3CX mobile app doesn't ring. The other annoying thing is sometimes the mobile app will keep ringing even though the call was picked up on desk phone. Thanks!

    This is actually already available, under advanced. Uncheck "use 3G", which will allow 3CXPhone to function only via Wi-Fi.

    I have an iPhone and I only see "Local SIP port:" in my advanced settings. Are you using android?
