Add option to pop up new ticket instead of just contact info in Connectwise integration

    We are using the 3CX Connectwise plugin which allows us to pop up a the users contact information whenever we answer a call. Before 3CX released its own plugin we were using the Voiptools Connectwise plugin which allowed us to pop up a new ticket pre-filled with the users contact information and this was a big time saver.

    Can the option to pop up a new ticket instead of just the contact info be added to the Connectwise plugin?
