Add Prefix to Call

    We have bridges between offices but employees frequently forget or won't dial the prefix to route across the bridge to the correct office.

    Is there any way to use CFD to do this where if they don't dial an extension in their office then it will prepend the appropriate number so it gets routed across the bridge.

    Please note that each 3CX Server has all the exact same extensions due to different failovers we have set up so an outbound rule does not work properly.

    Hi @ntnetzeband,

    Unfortunately the CFD will not help you with this. A CFD callflow will only process calls to the queue where it is deployed. It can't handle any call in the system. Also, there is no way to change the dialed number, not even using the Call Control API...
