Add queue name to certian queue

    I have enabled the Add queue name to... feature but I only want this to be done on our support queue adding the name of Support to the caller ID front and NOT on the ring group that we have created.

    Pardon me but I am not clear on what you are referring to.
    What is "Add queue name to" feature?
    You can add an external agent to a queue but that doesn't sound like what you are describing.
    You mention CallerID which I don't believe pertains to queues as queues are inbound features and would not be initiating a call where a Caller ID would be relevant.
