add to phonebook

    I think it would be useful if clients could add entries to the phonebook themselves, even if its just through their logon to the management console.

    This is already possible through the 3CX softphone client, just navigate to extension settings >> Rights tab >> and click on the "Allows to manage Company Phonebook" option.

    With this option enabled 3CX client can manage the company Phonebook without the need of accessing the management console.

    With this in mind i am moving this thread to "3CX Phone System - General "
