Adding a 2nd phone number

    I selected FlowRoute as my trunk provider and just bought a number so I cold learn the 3CX system and gain some experience.

    Now I am porting one of my live numbers to FlowRote and could use some advise as to how I should set it up.

    Do I create a new SIP Trunk and use the same Port Details except for the new number

    Or should I just add a DID to the existing Port

    If you are porting it to the same flowroute account, add it as a DID. If you added it to a separate new flowroute account then setup the new trunk.

    I do not know if the Flowroute template has been updated... but take note:
    The Source ID page needs to show
    "Sip Field containing DID Numbers: Request Line URI: User Part"

    This was not the setting when I selected Flowroute - but perhaps the template has been updated. With the original setting, some calls that had Diversion information were not getting thru.
