Solved Adding a softphone to and extension that has an IP phone.

    How do I add a softphone to an extension that has an IP phone configured. I can add an IP phone to softphone extension but I don't see how to do the opposite. When I click "add phone" in the extension's provisioning tab, the only options are more IP phones and not 3CX Client.

    Add an email address to the extension and send a welcome email. Attached to that email is the provisioning file that's used to register the client (no matter the platform.)
