We have two offices and have master and slave bridges Between to offices. I would like to add remote office extensions in different queues on primary office. remote office extensions have prefix. When I look for remote office extensions in queues I am not able to find them. Any help would be really appreciated.

Both Offices have separate 3CX systems and their own respective PRIs.

Dear Hassan Babar,

Please visit the below links:

http://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/3cx-bridge-configuration/ (slides 16,17,18,19,20,21)

To add remote extension in different location queue you can create an extension on primary location with status away and queue status LoggedIn on Extensions --> Status upload_2016-12-28_11-42-54.png and then you need to set the extension in forwarding rules, you have the option -> If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to extension (remote extension).

At the end you need to add this unregistered extension into queue agents on primary location and create specific outbound rule to pass the call through master bridge.

Please let us know if that works.
