Adding team for compliance checks of call recordings

    Hi is it possible to set up a team so that they can just access the call recordings to do compliance checks on call quality checks?

    Hello @BigRich171

    Under each extension settings/Rights there are settings that allow users to access the management console. Select Allow access to 3CX Management console and rights Generate call reports and allow downloads of call recordings. this will allow the specific users to run reports that will give them links to download the call recordings.

    If you needed to add other people for this function could you do this with out giving them an extension number

    You can give them admin access but i don't think you want that :) When they click on download in the report they will get redirected to the management console where they will be asked for a username and password to be able to download the recording

    could this be setup so that they just use there email to download the file with obviously a password that is determine by myself

    Or does there user name have to be and extension to do this ?

    And Like clock work this has reared its head any ideas?
