    Hi Team

    We already have a very useful feature in the 3CX client to do multiple things with a voicemail when right clicking on it. There is a feature though called call forward that is in the Voicemails navigation menu but not in the 3CX client option when treating a voicemail that should be easy to implement.

    This request comes from what happens usually in a call center that receives voicemails in the general vm and requires to forwrd to the correct agent. or a receptionist that receives the overnight messages to the correct employee. many people in lager work environments do not have speakers to play the message when received as email attachment.
