Addition settings for initial provisioning of phones.

    3CX doesn't want partners to modify provisioning of the templates. It would help if there were at least a couple additional settings for provisioning. Along with time zone, add 12 or 24 hour format. Add a switch that would turn on or off missed call notifications. Ask partners what other features they should be able to control.
