Hi guys! I have recently taken over IT duties for an organization that uses 3CX. I was asked by the CEO, to add additional conference extensions. Currently the conference extension has been changed from the default of 700 to 290 to fall in line with extension numbering within the company. Is there a way to add additional conference extensions? We ran into an issue last week where one of our remote HR employees needed to use the conference feature but it was currently in use by another user. The idea is to setup additional conference extensions for concurrent use. If this isn't an option, what would be a solution within 3CX that may work? Thanks!
