Any chance you are considering creating a link to the Commit System? http://www.commitcrm.com/ It is for IT Firms and quite good. They have both a Desktop and Web Interface and it integrates with a lot of quoting and rmm solutions. Looking for something built in so we do not have to play with this API. Thanks
