Currently, the default phonebook push is a flat '3cx Phonebook' with First, Last and Ext. This has quickly became outdated with the advances of VoIP and IP Phones. I would like to be able to take full advantage of phone (Yealink 46S, 48S, 58A) features. While this can be done manually, on a per phone bases, to be able to handle this from a centralized PBX makes more sense.

I would like to be able to:
    1. Not push out the default flat 3cx phonebook
    2. Create/Manage Root Groups (i.e by Location, Department, etc,)
    3. Choose what information is displayed for each Extension under said Groups (i.e. First, Last, Ext., Mobile, Email, etc.) -based on limitation of phone
    4. Take advantage of 'default_photo_url' and 'default_photo_icon_url' - this can be a grab based on First, Last match to filename (First.Last.png, First.Last.icon.png)
I believe "3CX Supported" should mean more than just dialtone...
