Solved After 15.5.3 Update Click to Meet Links Stopped Working

    After that latest update was applied, all of our extensions with existing Click to Meet configurations stop working. If someone uses the link once a meeting is open, they get this:

    "404 user not found. Contact your 3CX Administrator and provide proper logon details."

    Now, if I go into the extension and make any small change (i.e. remove the last letter of the friendly name) then the new link will work. If I go back and change it to the original friendly name, it still doesn't work.

    All links worked prior to upgrade.

    Hello @D Caviness

    Please try restarting your system server service and let me know if that resolves your issue. Also if you create a new extension does the quick meeting link work?

    Restarting 3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server didn't fix the issue.

    Newly created Ext. work fine.

    For those that might face the same problem, we actually had to reset the webmeeting portal to resolve the issue.
