After Hours Audio File - Where is this being set?

    Hi All!

    I bumped into this problem where in we have set a Global configuration for Office Hours, but can't seem to find where I can set the audio file that would play during after hours. We were able to set this before on previous version but for v15, can't seem to find it

    Hello @GabrielVE

    You will have to set a destination for after hours in the trunk and point that destination to an after hours IVR where it will play the after hours message.
