Again Callling after hanging up

    I have a Problem with the voip provider with using 3cx. When I make a call, and the other doesnt answer so I have to hang up without connection, after about 30 sec my VOIP Provider is calling the number again.

    3cx is not connecting at this, all lights are green.

    So what am I doing wrong.

    Is this a call to an external extension or one on the same network as your 3cx system?
