Agent callback warning

    Hello friends ! I wonder if it is possible to put a message to the agent when entering a callback call in the queue. As an example the client requests the return and when the callback goes to queue, today a normail connection enters and it already answers the client without knowing that it was callback. Do you have something to do? Thank you !

    Please note that currently there is no way to notify an agent that the call he is answering is a callback call. You can request for this functionality by creating a feature request in our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
