Hi, I have a problem with a call center whereby one of the agent (constantly same agent) in a queue not receiving any call from the queue. This only happened for windows. We've tried re-provision the ext, re-install the soft-phone, but it will only last for few days and it will happen again. This never happened while on V12.5 . FYI, the server is up to date v14 (SP3). Maybe this sound silly but we even try formatting the laptop just to make sure no other software is causing the problem still no luck. Any of you guys experience this issue before?
