Alert for time limits on calls in a queue

    I have a call center and they have certain time limits on each phone call. I would like to have an email option to come to me if they violate that time setting. Say over 30 min the system would email me to let me know. So I can keep on top of my slas

    If you navigate to a queue, under notifications there is the option to enable notifications for SLA time breached or when a queue call is missed for example. Is that what you are looking for?

    no i am looking for a time limit alert- i have my tier 1 people who only have 20-30 min per call. I dont want them on calls any longer than that. I would like to turn on alerts to me when they say pass the 20 min mark on a phone call- if it takes longer than that they are in trouble and i need to get them assistance, such as assigning a higher tiered person to assist them. However i just want an alert that will email me when a call hits a 20 min mark inside a specific queue.
