    I have seen multiple threads on distinctive ringing, for national, international, local, queue, IVR, ring group, but not for DID/trunk. For us, we have several numbers for different purposes, some of which ring into the same extension. It would be wonderful to know the purpose of an incoming call.

    For us, a solution would be to have Alert-Info be a user-specified option for each DID.
