All endpoints unregister every 60 minutes

    Hello,

    I'm experiencing an agonizing problem where every 60 minutes, at 47 minutes past the hour, like clockwork, all of my Endpoints unregister, then re-register within the span of 2 or 3 seconds.

    This includes every system extension, such as ParkOrb, VMail, IVR - along with my extensions tied to physical voip phones. You can visually see all the extensions go red and become unavailable, in realtime. Needless to say, this is causing me great heartache.

    I'm using the paid version, v11 SP2.

    Any input would be deeply appreciated. I don't understand the behavior, though I'm pretty certain this not normal. I'm going crazy trying to track this down....

    Hi,

    Check services status when this happens. Also activate verbose logging and check for any other usefull information when this event happens, like a service stoped or any exception occured. Check also Server event log for any warning message.
