All Extensions unregister and re-register

    I'm having a problem on my 3CX box (v11.0.28976.849), every two to three hours all my extensions ( +-500 extension) unregister and re-register. Has anyone had this problem before? I cant see anything in the event log that might be the reason for this.

    This happens when phones do not refresh their registration sufficiently early to prevent the registration from expiring. Sometimes this can be accentuated by clock precision issues on the PBX machine (Virtual Machines particularly).

    You don't say what type (make/model) extensions that you are using. I'm going to assume that they are all the same type. Many sets/ATA's will "obey" 3CX when it sets the re-registration time (30 minutes or less). Some require that you modify the settings manually, or in the configuration file)
