'Contact' to recognize source is not checked. Problem is, that calls can originate from any number of IP addresses that are not sequential.

Why do I only see this for some customers, while others don't seem to have the same problem?

Can I put multiple IP addresses in the 'IP Range' field? If so, what is the proper character in between each IP? is it ';'?

Do I have to use this option? Why does it seem to be necessary in some cases but not in all. I have several very confused customers.

Version I am testing with is v3.1.2434.0

Actually, this option is necessary only for SIP Trunking providers, when there's no other way to identify SIP source. In the case of VoIP providers it is not necessary, because there're other ways to identify source (by Authentication ID, mostly)
