All phones drop incoming calls sometimes

    We have an issue whereby the phones will ring once and then stop. All the phones are in a ring group. We thought it was just someone hanging up before we could answer it. However sometimes these calls then get set to our answering service, which is done by a forward in 3cx.

    When we looked at the logs we see that 3cx reports that all four phones terminated the call at the same time, but no one did.

    Any ideas what this may be?
