All simultaneous calls are in use

    What happens when a call comes in and all simultaneous calls are in use?

    Does the call go to voicemail? Is there a setting within 3cx to specify what happens to that call?

    Hello @David Bratty

    When the license reaches the limit the next call is dropped and the caller hears a prompt that the limit is reached. There is no way to specify what happens to the call

    Do internal, extension to extension calls count against simultaneous calls?
