Allow "Operator Extension" to be Queue or Ring Group

    Under Settings>General it would be nice if the "Operator Extension" could be assigned as a Call Queue or Ring Group. My reasoning for this is some companies have multiple operators and use Call Queues as their operator. So it would be nice if pressing * in VM would connect the caller to the actual operator Call Queue rather than a single extension.
