Allowing calls to join queue with no logged in agents

    Hi,

    We are currently in the process of migrating from PBXWare to 3CX v15.

    in PBXWare when a caller joins the queue it will respond the same regardless of if there is any agents logged in or not.
    In 3CX if there are no agents logged in the call is sent to the No Answer destination straight away

    Is there a way to change this behavior so calls will always ring for the maximum queue wait time even if no agents are logged in?

    Given a Maximum wait time has to be given a call can't really never be answered.

    Will submit a feature suggestion
