Solved Android 3CX Webmeeting app login fails

    I have been experiencing login issues with the Android 3CX Webmeeting app (version 9.2.0.5) recently. It had worked in the past. We are locally running 3CX Phone System Professional Edition version 15.5.5.

    We have attempted connecting using various versions of Android (Nexus on 5.1.1, Pixel XL on 8.0, Galaxy S7), and with various meetings. All of them briefly show the "Connecting" popup, and then return to the "Log in" screen.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions? The iOS app continues to work for us, so it seems Android specific.

    Thanks for the feedback on this.
    We've updated our online WebMeeting platform with a new version that's been in development for almost a year and are in the process of ironing out a few final bugs. A new updated version of the Android application for WebMeeting is coming soon, we'l look into your issue and include a fix for it in the new version.

    The issue should now be resolved without the need of an app update.
    We do plan however still to release a new version of the 3CX Android app soon regardless.
