Android client cannot change DND or Queue Status

    Using the 3CX cloud version and the Andoird client as a remote phone. The Android client cannot log in our out of the queue nor can it enable or disable DND. Will this work when the phone is remote from the server?

    Atleast on my iphone I can change status remotely. But I am not on cloud version.
    On your device can you see presence?

    I know at one time, I had trouble seeing presence and setting status remotely but restarting 3cx fixed that for me.
