Announce Call Que Number

    We are trying to Announce the Number of callers stuck in Que over a PA System to our Customer Service Department, but only when all customer service reps are on a call and callers are actually waiting.

    For example :
    "1 call for Customer Service"
    "2 calls for Customer Service"

    I was going to use an SNOM PA1 unit to announce over the PA System but I don't see a way to trigger a .wav file or announce the Que Number. Any Suggestions or alternatives?
