announce queue position

    How does 3cx know the queue position and what factors are considered?


    I placed 2 inbound calls each time using the same ivr key so we would be in the same queue. But both lines indicated position 1.

    I tried another scenario where i made 2 inbound calls, answered 1 and left the other one ringing and that one also said position 1.

    I have the same issue, I've never heard it announce any position other than 1.
