Anonymous CallerID will not forward to outside line

    Hello,
    Our system uses the 3CX with both SNOM and Polycom phones and PINS VoIP service and an outside line answering service.
    Incoming calls with anonymous caller ID do not forward to outside lines, while incoming calls having caller id forward to outside lines. Our system seems setup to block outgoing Caller ID. Does this need to change?

    When customers call with anonymous caller ID, their calls will not forward to an outside line with this message in the log

    08:40:11.546 [CM303006]: There's no outbound rule for external number '5617033677' defined

    However when calls arrive having Caller ID , call forwarding to an outside line proceeds normally. I enclosed the Server Log listings for the calls with anonymous Caller ID and with valid Caller ID.

    Calls go through now with an outbound rule for external calls. Previously existing outbound rules only covered extensions.
