    Ok this is just strange now - everything was working ok, how do things just 'break'?

    The logs would point to a network routing problem:

    11:27:04.531 CallLeg::eek:nFailure [CM503003]: Call(21): Call to sip:01273818365@sip99.mondotalk.com:5060 has failed; Cause: 404 No available route; from IP:204.9.203.101:5060

    Maybe the internet was temporarily down, maybe the service was down, maybe the network routing had/has some problem.
