Anounce queue waiting time to an agent

    Some of my clients requested this feature.

    When there is an agent logged in to the queue and if that agent picks up the call, they want to her something like:
    "The waiting time is 4 minutes", depending on how much time a caller was sitting in the queue, obviously.
