Answer a second line

    This seems like it should be easy, but if the human receptionist is on the phone and a second call comes in I cannot find a way for them to put the first call on hold (or transfer it) and then answer the second call. The system ignores their extension because it reads as busy when the second call comes in (even if their phone becomes free during while the call is still ringing). Anyone know what I'm missing? I'm using 3CX v8 with Aastra 57i phones.

    Go to the forwarding options for her extension and set it to "Use Phone Status"
