answer call from the presence screen

    Hi,

    the presence screen is developed to be open all day. It is very usefull to see the different groups, active calls.

    But, I cannot manage to answer the call from the presence screen. I see the incoming call, but when I click right in the call, I only can choose between "divert", and "drop". But there is no "answer". Also, when I click on "drop" nothing happens.

    Is this something by design or can I change this behaviour from the settings? We only use the 3CX Window Client. We don't have hardware phones.

    Second question: when the 3CX Phone is minizimed (only visible near the clock of your computer), you see a popup on incoming calls. When you have the program minizimed (near the start-button) you don't see a popup on incoming calls (only the icon the tray blinks). This could be very confusing if you are in an office with 15 3CX Phone users.

    Can somebody help me?

    Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I am experiencing the same problem with picking up the calls.
