Hi - My 3CX v11 does not answer a Google Voice call though port trunk status shows call connected (amber). I tried creating an inbound rule to force PBX to answer Google Voice call but it wont.

Looking for suggestions why won't answer GV call yet cell, landline and such are fine.

    Thanks!

Does the GV call come thru your normal trunk?
My guess is some bit of information is missing.
We'd have to look at the logs of that incoming call.

In what manner are connecting to GV? I was under the impression that for GV to connect a SIP device required the help of a third party application, or hardware such as an Obi.

The GV caller incoming reaches my main trunk and shows amber/connected though caller continues to hear ringing until timeout for their VM. Oddly if I take that GV TN and create in receptionist forward all call to an extension the GV callers work and go direct to a single extension

The log attached show 17:08 call GV 5135551212 (changed TN numbers for security) and connected with bye from PBX. Call at 17:11 is a working call
