Answering calls from expanded presence screen

    In the expanded presence screen I can see an incoming call under the "Active Calls" section but right clicking the only options are Drop or Divert, same if call coming from internal extension or external number. Call can be answered from normal softphone answer button.

    Would be nice especially for receptionist/operator so they could answer call from just the presence screen.

    Anyone else seeing the "Pick Up" option in the dropdown ?

    Hi There

    To pick up a call from the presence screen make sure that the extension picking up the call (manager extension) has the 'perform operations' right selected, for the extension group they are both a member of and the extension being called has the 'Show calls to group members' right selected under the extensions settings rights tab.

    When a call comes in to the DID of that extension, or a Ring Group that the extension is a member of, the manager extension will be able to pick up the call. Calls into a Call Queue will not allow call pick-up from the presence screen.
