Anti-Hacking Module Blacklisting IP already on IP Blacklist

    Hi. I entered an IP into the blacklist manually at 8am PST and I'm still getting email reports from the system that the Anti-Hacking module is temp blacklisting this same IP all day, 9 hours later. Is this expected behavior?

    I would confirm that what you put in, matches what is being reported. Perhaps delete, and re-enter.

    Hi @atakacs ,

    What version of 3CX are you using?

    We are aware of this and some improvements have been made in the latest release to address similar issue.

    p.s: Do you use the default Anti-hacking module settings under Settings -> Security?

    Yes those are the recommended (default) settings. I can't know exactly when the fix will be available but I will keep you posted.
