Any know why I can't get incoimg calls

    Hi Hi,

    Any know why I can't get incoimg calls - I get the following

    23:14:37.250 Call::Terminate :[CM503008]: Call(4): Call is terminated
    23:14:22.734 CallCtrl::eek:nSelectRouteReq :[CM503004]: Call(4): Calling: Ext:10000@[Dev:sip:10000@217.155.XXX.XXX:5060;user=phone;transport=udp]

    23:14:22.718 CallCtrl::eek:nIncomingCall :[CM503001]: Call(4): Incoming call from Sip.0845874XXXX to [sip:10000@sip.mydomain.com]

    23:14:22.531 DeviceRecord::DeviceRecord :[CM305004]: Failed to find a transport to host 194.0.XXX.XXX

    Note: XXX = IP address/telephone taken out by us.

    i think u have to configure the port of your router or firewall

    but u should give other information about the configuration of your network and of the pbx
